Hey everyone - thank you for visiting our family team page.

Two and a half years ago, my dad was given a stage IV melanoma diagnosis. With the traditional treatment available only ten years ago, this would have likely been a death sentence. We were extremely lucky that he was accepted into an immunotherapy clinical trial, which saved his life.  

On 20th March, our family will be completing the Melanoma March at the Tan track. This years March is aiming to raise $1 million to fund another life-saving immunotherapy clinical trial. So please donate to help someone else’s family member in their battle against this increasingly common disease. Even better - register and come and walk with us, we’d love to see you and thank you in person for your support. 

Melanoma is often referred to as ‘Australia’s national cancer’. It is the third most common cancer and is the leading cancer diagnosis in Australians aged 20-39. Someone is diagnosed every 30 minutes.
